Registration Guide

Registration Type

1. This rate is for registrants who also are IEEE Members.
2. Each participant should finish the registration before the conference.
  4Author registration is for full paper publication and presentation.
  4Presenter registration is for abstract submission, which is presentation only, no publication.
  4Listener registration is for registrant without presentation nor publication, only attendance.
3. Please ensure your registration type(author or presenter or listener) before your registration.

Registration Tips

1. Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter is a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
2. Co-author or accompanying person needs to register as a listener to attend the conference.
3. Onsite registration is only accepted for listeners, authors and presenters should register as scheduled suggested by the specific time.
4. For full paper, the first Six pages are free, extra page will be charged.
5. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings
6. Social program is a freewill option, if you are not interested in, you can skip it.

About Payment

1. You can pay by online payment via system (without service charge):
You can pay the fee by VISA/Master Card/JCP/Union Pay (Details Listed in the registration from) without service charge.
2. You also can pay by Bank Transfer / PayPal (30 USD service charge):
If you fail to pay by online system, you can choose bank transfer or paypal, please contact conference secretary for the account.
3. After the payment, please send the required documents:①final paper (Authors Only); ② filled registration form; ③payment proof to iccma@chairmen.org to complete the registration.

5.The conference secretary will reply to you within 2 workdays after receive your registration materials, if you don't receive the response from the secretary, please contact us by phone or sent the email again.
